Key Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with eligibility to practice in California
- Prior experience in school settings strongly preferred
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to write and manage IEPs
- Comfortable working across multiple school sites (2-4)
- Collaborative, adaptable, and invested in student growth
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of 55-60 K-8th grade students
- Develop, implement, and document IEPs
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings
- Participate in school site events
- Work Monday-Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm, with COTA support
- Deliver evidence-based OT services to support student success
- Contracted on a trimester basis (August-November, November-January, January-end of year)
