Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and provide evidence-based interventions for students with varied needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEP goals
- Deliver direct therapy services individually or in small groups
- Monitor student progress, maintain documentation, and prepare regular progress reports
- Consult with teachers, families, and staff to integrate OT recommendations into the classroom environment
- Engage with families to educate and support carryover of skills at home
- Adapt strategies and equipment to help students participate fully in school activities
