Your expertise will support students across elementary, middle, and high school levels, helping them build essential skills for academic and life success.
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based settings
- Comfortable working with students in grades K–5, 6–8, and 9–12
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for partnering with teachers, administrators, and families
- Flexible and adaptable to meet students’ varied needs throughout the year
- Ability to quickly acclimate and provide services independently
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Deliver direct therapy sessions to students, either individually or in group settings, based on IEP goals
- Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student goals and classroom integration
- Maintain clear documentation and progress reports for each student
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to interdisciplinary teams
- Provide support and guidance for classroom modifications and accommodations
- Ensure compliance with school district guidelines and state regulations
