Occupational Therapist School Setting - Redlands, CA

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license and certification for California
- Minimum of one year of schools-based OT experience
- Experience designing and implementing individualized education programming
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Commitment to onsite service delivery; virtual or hybrid options not available
- Able to work 35 hours per week, following school schedules
Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, onsite occupational therapy services to students
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and IEP teams to support student success
- Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines
- Adapt techniques and materials to meet the diverse needs of students
