Enjoy flexibility in your schedule, with the option to complete the assignment as five consecutive full-time weeks or two days per week from now through the end of the school year. You'll provide a total of 25 days of engaging, meaningful therapy services, collaborating with educators and families to ensure each student receives high-quality support tailored to their unique needs.
Key Qualifications:
- Current certification and licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt and tailor activities for diverse student abilities
- Commitment to maintaining accurate documentation and compliance
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and design intervention plans for students with varying needs
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services, supporting students' functional and academic participation
- Consult regularly with teaching staff, support teams, and families regarding strategies for student success
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation and progress reports
- Contribute to IEP meetings, goal-setting, and re-evaluation processes as needed
