Occupational Therapist School Setting in Redwood City, CA

You'll have flexibility to structure your schedule in one of two ways: provide five consecutive weeks of full-time service or commit to two days each week until the end of the school year, ensuring that 25 days of service are achieved. Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
- Experience in school settings preferred
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Familiarity with IEP process and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
- Adaptability to changing caseloads and student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students based on IEP requirements
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, faculty, and families
- Maintain thorough and timely paperwork and progress reports
- Support classroom staff with strategies and accommodations for student success
- Participate in team meetings as needed
