Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Valid OT license in California (or eligibility)
- Experience or strong interest in school-based and/or healthcare OT practice
- Familiarity with working with high school and post-secondary aged students
- Ability to work collaboratively with another OT and school staff
- Flexibility to adapt to varied student needs and caseloads
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct OT services on-site to high school and post-secondary students
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans
- Work closely with educators, families, and your OT partner to support student progress
- Document services and monitor outcomes for students’ growth
