What We’re Looking For:
- Valid and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license
- Experience in school-based OT, preferably with pediatric caseloads
- Background in home health OT or healthcare OT services considered a plus
- Ability to adapt to varying environments and organizational structures
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and provide therapeutic interventions for students in schools
- Deliver goal-oriented therapy in home health and healthcare settings as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Create and update treatment plans that support student progress and IEP objectives
- Maintain accurate records and compliance with district and state regulations
