What We’re Seeking:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with active credentials
- IVP Fingerprint Card required for assignment
- Background in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Experience supporting students with a range of mild to severe needs
- Preferred: Initial certification by the National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Strong communication skills and adaptability across multiple sites
- Genuine passion for fostering student growth and engagement
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students across multiple school sites
- Assess student needs, develop individualized intervention plans, and document progress for a variety of caseloads
- Collaborate closely with special education teams, teachers, and families to ensure comprehensive support
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insight for student success
- Adapt therapeutic interventions as needed, applying creativity and evidence-based practice
