What you’ll bring:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in California
- Experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and track student progress
- Strong collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication with students, parents, and faculty
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere
Key responsibilities:
- Assess students’ needs and develop appropriate intervention plans
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services in classroom and small group settings
- Maintain accurate records of treatment, progress, and compliance
- Participate in IEP meetings and assist in developing educational strategies
- Educate and support teachers and families in implementing OT recommendations
- Adapt strategies to meet diverse student needs throughout the year
