Positions Available: 3 Full-Time Occupational Therapists
- 2 Full School Year (FSY) positions

We are seeking dedicated, independent, and experienced Occupational Therapists for exciting school-based opportunities in Riverside, CA. Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy evaluations and services for students ages 3-22 in accordance with IEP goals and California educational guidelines.
- Administer and interpret standardized assessments, including:
- BOT-3 (Bruininks-Oseretsky Test of Motor Proficiency)
- Peabody Developmental Motor Scales
- Analyze evaluation data and effectively communicate findings to parents, educators, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Address parent concerns and utilize assessment results to support service recommendations and educational planning.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote student participation and academic success.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and compliance with district and state regulations.
- Independently manage scheduling and travel between assigned school sites based on district needs.
Required:
- Active California Occupational Therapist License
- Previous California school-based experience
- Experience administering and interpreting BOT-3 and Peabody assessments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with limited district support
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to develop and manage an independent schedule across assigned locations
Preferred:
- Bilingual Spanish-speaking skills
- Experience serving students with multiple disabilities
- Experience with itinerant school-based service delivery models
