Key Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in California
- Experience (or strong interest) in school-based or pediatric OT settings
- Ability to adapt to new student populations and team cultures
- Commitment to fostering student independence and functional skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for students K-12
- Deliver therapy services that promote student participation in learning
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special education teams, and families
- Develop session reports and documentation in compliance with school standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary planning
- Maintain a flexible and proactive approach as school needs adjust
