This full-time, on-site opportunity is perfect for a licensed Occupational Therapist with a passion for helping children thrive in an educational setting. Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy is required
- Current OT license in the state or eligibility to obtain
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably within schools
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Adaptable, compassionate, and willing to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Deliver therapy sessions in both group and one-on-one settings
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and update treatment goals
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure holistic care and support optimal student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the greater school community
