Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred

- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to continuous professional learning and student-centered practice
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct student evaluations to determine therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students, both in groups and individually
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to ensure holistic support
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and contributions to IEP meetings
- Provide guidance and resources to staff and families in supporting student development
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and continuing education in occupational therapy
