Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Occupational Therapist license, ready for immediate start
- Experience in school-based, healthcare, or home health occupational therapy is strongly desired
- Ability to support students’ development by collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with delivering services in group and individual settings, adapting techniques for diverse learning needs
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Commitment to supporting a positive, inclusive learning environment across various age groups
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide both direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students in elementary, middle, and high school
- Design, implement, and track individualized therapy plans to address students’ developmental and academic goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and recommendations as part of the student support team
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Contribute to school-wide initiatives which may include screenings, staff training, and awareness campaigns
