Qualifications & Required Experience:
- Valid OT license in the state of California
- School-based occupational therapy experience preferred
- Comfort with teletherapy platforms and in-person service delivery
- Experience or interest in working with secondary-aged caseloads (middle school through transition age)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services to a caseload of 39 direct, 37 consult, and a few assessments
- Collaborate with a supportive educational team to promote student success
- Evaluate student needs and develop effective intervention plans
- Maintain compliance with district and statewide guidelines for documentation and practice
