- Current Massachusetts Occupational Therapy license (OTR/L) or eligibility

- Comprehensive knowledge of IEP development, documentation, and implementation
- Proficiency in evaluating and treating fine motor, sensory processing, and functional challenges in children and adolescents
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with educational teams, students, and families
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic school atmosphere and manage a varied caseload
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ needs and develop individualized goals and intervention plans
- Provide direct therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and other related service providers
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate, timely records
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
- Support classroom modifications and recommend adaptive equipment as necessary
