Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold an active Missouri OT license
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
- Familiarity with both individualized and group OT interventions for children and adolescents
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple school assignments
- Clear and effective communication skills with students, staff, and families
- Willingness and ability to complete all district-required credentialing, including fingerprinting and technology compliance documentation
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services according to IEPs and student needs in an on-site school setting
- Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, special education teams, and families
- Maintain compliant documentation and reporting as required by the district
- Adapt services based on caseload variations and district assignment
- Support students in accessing curriculum and promoting functional independence
