Occupational Therapist (OT) – School-Based Opportunity near St. Louis, Missouri

Position Overview
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Onsite role within a collaborative school environment
- Caseload: K–12 students with a variety of developmental and functional needs
- Opportunity to work alongside educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct occupational therapy services and monitor student progress
- Support students with fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement effective classroom strategies and accommodations
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student-centered planning

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
- Active Missouri OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
