Key Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist license in Minnesota
- Previous experience in school-based OT strongly preferred
- Capable of developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for diverse caseloads
- Confident in working independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Background in working with students with varied needs, including Setting 4 environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative OT services to a caseload of 20–40 students in a single building
- Assess, plan, and deliver targeted interventions tailored to each student’s IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to ensure holistic support
- Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, progress, and services
- Adapt interventions and strategies to support students in an inclusive educational environment
- Contribute to IEP meetings and ongoing team discussions to drive student success
