The ability to confidently administer standardized assessments such as the BOT 3 and Peabody Developmental Motor Scales to a wide age range (3–22) is critical, with a focus on interpreting data to support service recommendations and effectively address parent concerns.
What we’re looking for:
- Active Occupational Therapy license in California.
- Previous experience in California school settings.
- Proficiency administering BOT 3 and Peabody assessments.
- Comfortable with fluctuating caseloads and a broad range of student needs (ages 3–22, K–12, mild to severe disabilities).
- Strong skills in data analysis and parent communication to drive service recommendations.
- Ability to work independently in the field with minimal district support—self-motivation and flexibility are key.
- Schedule management and adaptability to district needs.
- Spanish bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
- Only OTs will be considered, as these roles require solo fieldwork.
