Key Qualifications:
- Current certification and state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Demonstrated experience providing Occupational Therapy services in a school setting
- Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and documentation within educational environments

- Ability to adapt therapy interventions to meet the unique needs of each child and educational program

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students’ functional abilities and needs within the school environment
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver direct Occupational Therapy services in both individual and group formats
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing clear and thorough documentation of assessment results and progress
- Consult with teachers and staff to recommend classroom strategies and adaptations as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with school and state requirements
