Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Assess and evaluate students to determine therapy needs and progress
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans and strategies to improve students’ motor, sensory, and functional skills
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to integrate goals into the classroom and daily routines
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff trainings, and professional development sessions
