What We’re Looking For:
- Active Occupational Therapist license in California
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly desirable
- Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively
- Passion for helping students develop functional and academic skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to assess students’ functional abilities in school environments
- Design and implement individualized OT interventions tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student learning and participation
- Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state regulations
- Provide consultative support and training for educators and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
