What You’ll Bring:
- Active California OT License (required)
- Experience in OT services within school settings, home health, or broader healthcare environments
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities
- Capacity to provide compassionate, effective support to students across varied backgrounds
- Comfort with both in-person and remote work modalities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality in-person OT services on Mondays and Wednesdays (8 hours per day)
- Conduct 4 additional hours of remote therapy, documentation, or consultations each week
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student goals and IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student achievement
- Maintain accurate records, monitor progress, and participate in case conferences as needed
- Support a positive, inclusive school community
Schedule & Location:
- 20 hours per week: 16 hours on-site (Concord, CA area), 4 hours remote weekly
- Commitment through June 2027, with immediate start date
