Occupational Therapist School Setting in San Juan Capistrano, CA

What you bring:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active California OT license (no COTAs considered)
- Previous experience in a school-based OT role
- Confidence working across multiple campuses and adapting to different environments
- Strong organization and communication abilities
- Enthusiasm to contribute during a period of district changes and growth
Your role will include:
- Conducting assessments and implementing IEP-directed interventions for students aged PreK-22
- Supporting functional outcomes for students with a wide range of abilities and needs
- Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families as part of a holistic student support approach
- Providing services across multiple locations in your assigned region (either primarily San Clemente or Mission Viejo area)
- Keeping accurate documentation and participating in team meetings and trainings
- Hitting the ground running in a fast-evolving district landscape
