Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active California OT license
- School-based occupational therapy experience required
- Comfortable working with PreK–22-year-old students
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Willingness to work itinerantly across multiple schools
- Must be able to work onsite (no teletherapy)
- Self-starter and quick learner; ready to hit the ground running
- COTAs not accepted for this role
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to diverse student populations
- Collaborate with special education teams to create and implement IEP goals
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
- Travel between school sites (San Clemente and Mission Viejo areas)
- Document progress and adapt interventions as needed
- Participate in meetings and professional development sessions
