Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active California OT license (no COTAs)
- Previous school-based OT experience preferred
- Willingness to work independently and adapt to changes
- Confidence working with PreK to young adult populations (ages 3-22)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver on-site occupational therapy services across multiple schools in the area
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans
- Maintain up-to-date records and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with school staff and support families
- Travel between assigned schools (primarily in San Clemente or Mission Viejo)
