Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid OT licensure in California
- Previous school-based OT experience is required
- Comfort working with kindergarten through high school-aged students
- Ability to adapt to new environments efficiently
- Professional, flexible, and reliable demeanor
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students across no more than three school sites
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEP goals, and track student progress
- Collaborate with education staff, families, and community partners
- Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with school and district standards
- Work 7.5 hours per day within the school schedule through November
