Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license
- Prior experience working in schools (required)
- Ability to manage responsibilities across a maximum of three sites
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality OT services for preschool through high school students according to IEP requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement student-centered interventions
- Maintain timely and thorough documentation
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy as scheduled (7.5 hours per day)
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to progress reports
