What We’re Looking For:
- Valid OT license (or eligibility) for practice in Utah
- Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Previous school-based OT experience preferred, but enthusiastic new grads are encouraged to apply
- Strong evaluation, treatment planning, and progress-monitoring skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Collaborative mindset and a passion for working with diverse student populations
Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans to enhance participation and performance in school activities
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support students’ IEP goals
- Directly provide therapy services both one-on-one and in small group settings
- Monitor, document, and report on student progress, making adjustments as necessary
- Maintain compliance with all district, state, and federal guidelines
- Offer expertise and resources to school teams regarding modifications and adaptations that foster student success
