Key Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with active NC OT license
- Experience working with K-12 populations in school settings preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Adaptability to serve multiple campuses within the assignment area
- Passion for student-centered, evidence-based practice
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services to K-12 students with diverse needs
- Assess, evaluate, and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Consult regularly with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ academic and functional growth
- Document progress and maintain compliance with all school and state requirements
- Contribute to team meetings and participate in professional development relevant to the school environment
