Occupational Therapist School Setting in Santa Clara, CA

This contract role allows you to blend your expertise in school and home health OT, while maintaining variety in your weekly schedule. Work part-time with both in-person and remote responsibilities, fostering student progress and making a measurable impact on their academic and everyday lives.
Qualifications:
- CA Occupational Therapy License (required)
- Solid background in school-based OT, home health, and healthcare settings
- Experience supporting diverse student populations
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with remote learning tools and documentation platforms
Schedule & Responsibilities:
- Part-time contract, 20 hours per week
- Mondays and Wednesdays: 8 hours of onsite, face-to-face OT services near Concord, CA
- 4 hours weekly of remote/teletherapy support for students and families
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized intervention plans for students
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct assessments and maintain timely, accurate documentation
- Use evidence-based strategies to help students achieve IEP goals
- Participation required from ASAP start date through June 2027
