Qualifications:
- California-licensed Occupational Therapist (active and in good standing)
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple sites and caseloads efficiently
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with families, staff, and fellow service providers
- Ability to adapt to students’ individual needs and integrate therapeutic strategies into educational settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
- Conduct assessments and participate in the development of IEPs for assigned students
- Provide consultative support and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to foster student growth
- Monitor student progress, maintaining clear documentation and timely reporting
- Travel between three local school sites, ensuring high-quality therapy across each location
