Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address students’ fine motor, sensory, self-help, and functional skills
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students according to IEP goals
- Maintain timely and thorough documentation of student progress and therapy provided
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ educational outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and ongoing professional development
- Provide training and resources to school staff as appropriate
