- Current Occupational Therapy license (Indiana)
- Experience working with elementary-aged students in educational settings preferred

- Ability to conduct and interpret assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and document progress
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students, families, and staff
- Flexibility and problem-solving skills to adapt in a bustling school environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite OT services to elementary students, helping them participate fully in school activities
- Develop, implement, and review individualized interventions based on academic and functional needs
- Participate in multi-disciplinary teams, contributing to IEP meetings and progress monitoring
- Provide consultative support to teachers and families for student success
- Maintain organized, accurate, and timely documentation for all services rendered
