Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in California
- Experience providing OT services within K-12 school environments is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation processes
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to design interventions that foster occupational performance for diverse student needs
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted OT services according to student IEP goals and timelines
- Conduct assessments and create evidence-based intervention plans
- Work closely with teachers, families, and other specialists to ensure optimal student outcomes
- Maintain detailed records and progress documentation in compliance with school and district requirements
