- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dedication to collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with diverse needs
- Deliver direct therapy and consultative services as part of the educational team
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to promote student achievement
- Provide strategies and education for staff and families to support student success
