Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Hold a valid MA Occupational Therapy License
- Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to adapt and implement individualized treatment plans for diverse needs
- Passion for promoting independence and functional skills in young children
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite occupational therapy services to preschool and elementary-aged students
- Conduct assessments to identify student needs and recommend targeted interventions
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
- Document session outcomes, progress, and maintain accurate records in compliance with program requirements
- Assist with IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations for therapy goals
- Promote skills in fine/gross motor coordination, sensory processing, and daily living activities within the educational environment
