- Current OT or COTA licensure in Ohio
- Strong understanding of school-based OT practices
- Experience working with children or adolescents in educational settings
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, teachers, and parents
- Clear communication and organizational skills
- For COTA candidates, open to working under required supervision
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy evaluations and direct services for students as outlined in IEPs
- Collaborate with teaching staff to adapt classroom activities and materials
- Develop and implement individualized strategies to support student participation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and team planning sessions
- Communicate regularly with families regarding goals and student progress
- Adapt to the needs of multiple school sites if combining positions for a full caseload
