Qualifications:

- Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
- Commitment to maintaining accurate documentation and confidentiality
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and interpret results to help determine students' needs
- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Support students in developing fine motor skills, sensory processing, and adaptive behaviors to enhance classroom participation
- Work closely with special education teams to integrate OT goals with other academic and behavioral interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain detailed records per district and state requirements
- Provide guidance and resources to educators and families to optimize student outcomes
- Monitor and report student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
