Desired qualifications and experience:
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active state OT license (or eligibility in NY preferred)
- Prior experience with pediatric populations or school-based OT
- Familiarity supporting children with ASD, Down Syndrome, CP, and other genetic disorders
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 occupational therapy to students ages 5-14
- Manage two full-time elementary caseloads and one part-time high school caseload
- Conduct 55 OT sessions weekly
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Track progress and provide detailed reports
