Desired Qualifications:
- Active Michigan OT license (please include a current screenshot of your license status; verification link provided)
- Proven experience delivering occupational therapy within a school setting (K-12 preferred)
- Ability to adapt therapy strategies to meet diverse student needs
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with staff, students, and families
- Capacity for managing a balanced caseload and maintaining accurate documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and deliver occupational therapy services according to students’ IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support students’ success in school routines
- Track progress, document services provided, and participate in team meetings
- Support inclusive learning by addressing sensory, motor, and adaptive needs within the school environment
