Key Qualifications:

- Ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized intervention strategies to promote student success
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments tailored to each student’s unique needs within school settings
- Develop and implement evidence-based, individualized intervention plans
- Work closely with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ participation in classroom and extracurricular activities
- Document services, progress, and outcomes in accordance with school and state requirements
- Provide consultation and training to school staff and families to optimize strategies for student development
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting and progress monitoring
