Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license
- Experience working with students in Pre-K, elementary, middle, and/or high school settings
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Adaptability and creativity in working with students at different developmental stages
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ needs and develop individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support students’ educational goals
- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services within classroom and pull-out settings
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and interdisciplinary planning
- Provide strategies, support, and resources to educators and parents
