Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current license to practice Occupational Therapy in California
- Experience in a school environment or with pediatric populations is highly preferred
- Ability to design and implement IEP-driven OT interventions
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, staff, and families
- Organizational skills and adaptability to meet changing caseload needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services for approximately 25 days of service
- Assess and document students’ functional abilities and areas for targeted support
- Develop individualized intervention plans aligned with IEP goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaborations
- Consult with teachers and support staff to integrate OT strategies within the classroom
- Monitor progress and maintain up-to-date service logs and documentation
