Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state OT license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Experience with school-based therapy and IEP/504 planning preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Organizational ability and adaptability
Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings and comprehensive assessments to identify student needs
- Analyze and interpret results, effectively sharing findings with the IEP team, parents, and staff
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized IEP and 504 plans
- Provide direct, hands-on OT services to students
- Support and collaborate with teachers, and guide COTAs as needed
