Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist license through Illinois IDFPR
- Previous experience in school-based OT services preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to various school environments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students across early childhood, elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEP/504 plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
- Maintain clear documentation and progress reports
- Participate in orientation on 8/3 and 8/4 prior to start (Assignment runs 8/10/26 through 5/21/27)
- Scheduled for 1 day (7.5 hours) per week
