Occupational Therapy professional needed for contract work within a school setting in Sultan, WA. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy assessments and interventions in school settings, addressing individual student goals.
- Provide telehealth and teletherapy services to maintain continuity of care remotely.
- Conduct home health visits to implement therapy programs and support family education.
- Collaborate with educators and healthcare providers to develop effective treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and update therapy goals regularly in compliance with regulatory standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current and valid Occupational Therapy licensure.
- Experience in school-based occupational therapy services.
- Proficiency with telehealth and teletherapy technologies.
- Background in home health occupational therapy.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage caseload effectively.
