School Occupational Therapist - Tiffin, Ohio

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric OT settings preferred
- Proficiency in evaluation, assessment, and treatment planning for a diverse student population
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to travel between 2-3 nearby school sites
- Flexible and adaptable to working across grade levels (PK-12)
Essential Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy and consultative services to students in accordance with IEPs
- Assess student needs and develop individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and share relevant insights
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment that champions student growth and independence
