Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in California
- Previous school-based OT experience strongly preferred

Core Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students’ needs through assessments, observations, and input from teachers/parents
- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy interventions aimed at improving students’ access to curriculum and participation in school activities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to write and review IEP goals
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports for each student
- Provide consultation and training for staff and parents regarding strategies, adaptations, and equipment
- Support students in both group and individual settings, adapting activities to maximize engagement and progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development sessions
