Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
- Experience in school, home health, teletherapy, or healthcare OT settings
- Strong understanding of pediatric therapy needs for elementary-aged students
- Demonstrated skill in managing a caseload and navigating IEP processes
- Ability to build rapport with children, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
